- Weeks 1–3Hard, thick edges soften and get easier to trim. Sore corners feel calmer. To the eye, often nothing much yet. That is normal.

- Months 3 and onThe old part has to grow out and be trimmed away. A fingernail takes about 4–6 months end to end, a big toenail closer to a year. The earlier you start, the earlier that clock starts.

How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery. You pay the delivery person in cash when the parcel reaches you. Delivery is free to every pin code our courier partners serve. Nothing is charged when you place the order.
When will it arrive?
We confirm your order by a short call or a WhatsApp message. If you miss the call, you can confirm by replying to the message. We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 4–9 working days after that, depending on your pin code. Please keep your phone reachable: an order we cannot confirm within 48 hours may be cancelled.
How long does one bottle last?
A thin coat on one or two nails, twice a day, uses a 10 ml bottle in roughly five to six weeks. More nails means faster. So 2 bottles cover about 10 weeks and 4 bottles about 5 months. A fingernail needs 4–6 months to grow out and a big toenail closer to a year, so for a toenail expect to reorder.
Can I use it on fingernails too?
Yes. Same routine, and fingernails grow about twice as fast, so you see the new growth sooner.
Can I wear nail polish while using it?
Better not. Polish blocks the oil and keeps the nail dark and damp underneath. Leave the nail bare until the new growth has come through.
Who should not use it?
It is for adults. Do not use it on broken or bleeding skin. If you are pregnant, diabetic, or the area is badly swollen, hot or has pus, speak to a doctor before using anything at home.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you. With Cash on Delivery you can also simply refuse a parcel at the door.
